All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.


Please note:


  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States


  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days


International Orders


  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days


Please understand that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand are outside of our control.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.



LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES


Haus of Foreign is not responsible for:


  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
